Mostly what we feared to do is something we ought to do.
Nothing comes easy
Office work

We wish we could have a chance to do many things. Life's too short to waste time doing nothing; being overworked and underpaid compensates the earlier dilemma. However, doing something is better than squashing water. I wouldn't understand people if there were satisfied watching the hands of the clock pass the hours and will be off the work at the exact time. It seems they just go to work for the paycheck and nothing more. They don't mind their work quality as long as they get paid. We are wondering why the workplace doesn't reflect our values.
If you are the person mentioned, it's time to reflect on what you want. Aren't you happy with your current job? So just think about it. Isn't it time to quit?
Not quite sure? Consider the following checklist.

Ship is sinking
Bankrupt
First on the list is something primarily not concerning your feelings. For example, if your company is experiencing downward sales, started losing customers, and heard rumors of bankruptcy and closure. No second thoughts about abandoning ship.
Horrible Boss
If your relationship with your manager is beyond repair. Have you done a tremendous
thing, breaking many rules that made your image unrepairable?

All work, no fun
Hillary Clinton said that don't be confused with having a career and life. No matter what changed, responsibility may become stressful, and getting to work became dreadful. Quit your job.
Ethics are out of sync
If your employer is stealing money from his employees, cheats, and lies with your customer. If your company doesn't have the same value, you better leave that place.
